Wireless web devices outnumber the desktop browser devices, and there is a growing need to provide alternative means to access web content and services through the cellular mobile devices. According to this need, the website must be prepared and the techniques must have the ability to deliver the website’s contents suited to their unique needs. This work has developed a totally new web personalization system based on maintainability software engineering paradigm, taking into account developing two special engines to achieve both the offline task that is related to the mining of usage data (the work enhance the associative rules discovery algorithm by propose the EAPriori algorithm), and the online process of identify the user’s interest and process of automatic webpage’s content customization based on the mined knowledge (the work propose a X2HW algorithm), many tests were achieved in order to evaluation process-efficiently of the proposed engines, and the proposed system totally. The proposed WWRS system’s developed under a new direction of think which is based on implicit data from the active user at the current time without user intervention.
